We can
provide any type of Sky subscription package,
anywhere in Europe. We order the card from Sky,
activate it for the package of your choice and set
up your monthly subscription payments. Once you
receive the card, all you have to do is telephone
or email your digibox details so that we can match
the card to your digibox.
Following activation, your payments are taken each month and go out directly to Sky at the same cost as a UK subscription. We can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time, deal with billing queries and liase with Sky on your behalf. For these services there is an annual fee of £114.00 for a standard or Sky Plus subscription, and £120.00 for a Sky HD subscription).

SKY SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR NON-UK RESIDENTS
There is an annual charge of £114.00 for ordering, setting up, activating your card and maintaining a standard Sky or Sky Plus subscription. An annual charge of £120.00 applies for all Sky High Definition subscriptions. This charge is separate from, and additional to, the subscription payments that you will make directly to Sky via direct debit. Failure to pay our annual charge will result in the card being shut down. The ordering and activation process will take approximately two weeks.
For package and payment changes, a fee of £20.00 may be charged by Sky or their agents.
If the card is supplied without additional equipment, such as a digibox, we charge postage of £5.80 to all European countries.
Minimum subscription period is one year. If you wish to cancel your subscription after a year, we require 4 weeks notice. After the first year has elapsed, the subscription can be cancelled at any time.
Special offers: We cannot guarantee to provide any of Sky’s special offers. If it is in your advantage to take up a special offer, we will try and secure it for you, but to avoid disappointment we never promise.
At the start of the subscription, the direct debit may take several days to set up and Sky will then charge you for a month in advance plus the time that elapsed before the direct debit was set up. Your first payment will typically be for 4 to 8 weeks’ viewing and will therefore appear to be higher than may be expected. In practice, however, you are paying no more than the agreed monthly rate.
To avoid loss of service, please make sure you inform us if your credit/debit card details change at any time, even if a new card is issued with the same card number but a new expiry date and ccv code. If there is insufficient money in your account, Sky may charge you an administration fee and may shut down your card! We cannot compensate customers in the event of a payment failure.
Sky reserve the right to change the subscription rate at any point in the future, and these changes will be passed onto you.
